How to use comb binding machine

Comb binding machine is very normal binding machine in business

widely used in office, school and family
and very easy to operation
1.Set the edge guide to the desired paper size (e.g. 11" or 14"). set the guide to 11" or 14" position,then feed the paper horizontal into the open punch throat

2.Align your documents with the edge guide (according to use of paper stop) and then punch the holes by pulling the large handle toward you. Insert proper number sheets of paper at a time ,don't overload the max document sheets allowed  then punching holes

3.Use the document measure to determine the comb size you need. push the binding handle backward to open the comb hold, insert the documents to be bound, and then release the handle. You will then know the size of the comb needed.

4.Read the appropriate comb size and procure a comb from a staff member.

5.With the open portion facing you, place the comb behind the corresponding comb on the binder.

6.Draw the bind handle backward until the comb opens wide enough to insert your documents.

7.Insert your documents. Then release the handle to the original position to close the comb.

8.Lift the bound item up.the binding process completed
